Earwolf is a comedy podcasting network and the exclusive provider of audio content for Funny or Die. I helped manage their site redesign, created UI wireframes, migrated site data from Drupal to Wordpress, and developed the backend API used by their mobile apps.
I currently maintain their Wordpress installation and build out new custom functionality as needed (advertising modules, donations, audio clips, etc.).

Triangle Therapeutics is a family-owned physical therapy clinic with two locations in Texas. For their site redesign I migrated their existing content from a third-party hosted solution to Wordpress, installed & configured a pre-built theme and tweaked it to match their branding. I also integrated their newsletter signup form with MailChimp, added page caching and developed additional custom functionality.

Future Crimes is a blog that explores the effect of technological innovation on crime and law enforcement. I updated the site to use the latest versions of Wordpress and the Thesis framework, improved the primary navigation menus, added Featured Articles to the homepage and created a site-wide sidebar. Small typography changes were implemented to increase the readability of articles and caching was added for faster page loading.

GHAR is a St. Louis-area plaintiff's firm specializing in class-action lawsuits and mass torts. I updated their site to the latest version of Wordpress and modified the templates to utilize new features available in that version. I currently maintain the Wordpress installation and am working with their graphic designer on developing additional features.

Mirror World is an exploration of unique audio-visual materials from Austin, TX. Working with my colleague, James Webber, I integrated customized versions of both the audio.js player and the Lightbox2 image overlay used on the site.
On the backend, I fixed a few bugs and enhanced the administration interface to allow the artist to quickly add new materials to the site as needed.

Eardrop is a Twitter-based service for tweeting short audio clips using a mobile device. I planned and implemented the Linux server configuration, consisting of an nginx web server, MongoDB database server and Varnish caching server.
In addition, I developed all server-side functionality including the user-facing pages, audio processing, Twitter integration and the backend API used by the mobile clients.

Courtney Chavanell is a professional art photographer in Austin, TX. I designed and implemented a custom Indexhibit template based on her specifications, and have modified it over the years based on her input.
I currently maintain the server and Indexhibit installation, and am working on a mobile style for use on modern smartphone browsers.
